Rescue Diver

Advanced courses

The hardest and most transformative course in recreational diving.

Rescue Diver shifts your thinking from “how will I cope” to “how do I help someone else”. You learn to spot a problem before it becomes an accident, and to react when it already has.

The programme covers handling a stressed and a panicking diver, surface tows, recovering an unresponsive diver, exiting the water and handing over to the emergency services, and managing the situation on shore.

Most divers say the same thing afterwards: only now do they really feel like divers. Required before any professional-level training.

Who it is for

For anyone who dives regularly, and especially for those who dive with others.
