Nitrox Diver

Specialties

Diving on oxygen-enriched air — longer bottom time and less fatigue.

Nitrox is a breathing mixture with a higher oxygen content than air. It extends no-decompression bottom time at typical recreational depths and noticeably reduces fatigue after a dive.

On the course you learn to analyse the mixture, calculate maximum operating depth, understand oxygen exposure and set your dive computer correctly.

Nitrox Diver is one of the first courses worth taking after the entry level — especially if you plan trips with several dives a day.

Who it is for

For divers planning trips with several dives a day, and anyone who wants to stay down longer.
