Dry Suit Diver

Specialties

In Polish water a dry suit is not a luxury, it is the condition for diving all year round.

A dry suit changes everything: you dive longer, you come out warm, and the season does not end in September. It does require a different technique from a wetsuit — the suit becomes a second gas space you have to control.

We cover choosing undersuits and weighting, controlling buoyancy with the suit and the wing, and emergency procedures: a stuck inflator, gas migrating to the feet, an inversion.

The course can be combined with Open Water Diver if you want to dive dry from the start.

Who it is for

For anyone diving in Poland, and anywhere else the water gets cold.
