Finding your way underwater — by compass and by natural reference points.
Navigation is one of those skills whose absence only becomes obvious when you need it. The course teaches you to move on a compass bearing, estimate distance, hold a course and return to your entry point.
We also work on natural navigation — bottom contour, wave direction, light. In Polish lakes, where visibility is often low, that matters more than the compass itself.
Navigation Diver is one of the courses required for Advanced Open Water Diver.
